“Hi, How can a beginner get a job with your Bartending Secrets Exposed course if there is no “real” hands on training in an established bar etc…..training and practicing at home isn’t the same as actually being at a working bar….i.e -Internship, Bartending School.”

My answer:

Hello Marti,

Many establishments, especially the big chains/franchises prefer to hire and train within on the job. Many of these places have extensive training programs in place and would rather hire someone “fresh” then someone with vast experience and lots of “bad habits” to change.

I’m not not discounting actual experience behind a bar. However, it’s not necessary. Many people are held back by the belief that it is and go nowhere because of it.
