Introduction

In instances where our company and a partner jointly promote our Products, we may provide the partner certain Personal Information, such as the name, address, e-mail address and username of persons who subscribed to the Services as a result of the joint venture for the sole purpose of allowing us and the partner to assess the results of the promotion.
If you order Products directly from our company we will use the Personal Information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
Additionally, in some instances, we use this aggregated and non-identifying information to deliver tailored advertisements or joint ventures. When Subscribers or Clients send email inquiries to our company, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Our company does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.

Make Money Bartending Affiliates, Joint Venture Partners, Subscribers and Clients found to be using Make Money Bartending products or services to engage in Spam may, at Make Money Bartending's discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all Make Money Bartending products and services. Make Money Bartending will take any steps it deems necessary to prevent it from being involved in Spam and will legally pursue any person(s) or organization(s) that involve it in Spam allegations. If damages of any kind are levied against Make Money Bartending, it will pursue full legal recourse against the offending person(s) and/or organization(s) under any and all applicable laws.
If you believe that you have received Spam connected to Make Money Bartending in any way, send a complaint including the unsolicited email, to support@makemoneybartending.com . You may also provide any other information that you believe may help a Make Money Bartending's investigation. Make Money Bartending does not investigate or take any action based on anonymous Spam complaints.

If Make Money Bartending is not able to provide access to some aspect of a client's Personal Information, it will provide reasons for denying access such as; that by doing so would likely reveal Personal Information about a third party, or that it is confidential commercial information or attorney-client privileged communications, or that the information relates to a breach of an agreement or a contravention of law, or that its disclosure could reasonably be expected to threaten the life or security of another individual.
Clients have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting Make Money Bartending as described above. Make Money Bartending will promptly correct such Personal Information.
Revisions to This Policy
Make Money Bartending reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner, by updating this posting.
